职位描述

This is a Famous USA Mechanical Company.


Main Responsibilities:
To ensure this company achieves its business goals by taking a leadership role in the followings:
1. Lead the China Communications team to enhance process and business understanding to support China profitable growth by integrated designed & planned, well-executed, and objectives-based communications.
2. Co-ordinate communication functions within China legal entities, driving external and internal brand communications and build up key leaders’ communication competencies, to promote and protect the company brand.
3. Act as China spokesperson with regard to internal and external media, public relations, government affairs, community affairs and crisis management needed.
4. Increase associate engagement and champion our clients in the organization to achieve business objectives, by directing organizational communications efforts including but not limited to internal communications, leadership messages, and town hall messages.
5. Develop and reconcile the company China “core” messages to ensure consistency and effectiveness
6. Develop talents and further advance China communications team.


Qualification:

1. Outstanding oral and written professional communication skills – Fluent in both Chinese and English
2. Excellent business mindset with ability to see big picture
3. Effective Change Agent, ability to influence at all levels in organizations.
4. Must be able to integrate knowledge of organization products and services with Public Relations knowledge.
5. Strong leadership and talent management skills
6. 12+ working experience, with 8+ multinational company communications/marketing working experience, 5+ managerial experiences.
7. Result and deadline oriented, mature and motivating, strong inter-personal skills
8. Bachelor in Communications or Public Relations is a plus. MBA is a plus
