职位描述

This is a Famous USA Mechanical Company.


Position Summary:
Lead the China application team in supporting sales/customers and ensure the proper and successful application of this company’s products; work closely with the sales team and operational team to penetrate the China market and explore new business opportunities for this company; develops necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, and assists in application engineering as needed


Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reports to Technology Manager and works with Sales Managers, Account Managers, Operations, Distributors, Customers, OEMs and other users to promote the sales of this company’s products

Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for all aspects of providing technical support for customers, field sales, and distributors, etc.
2. Lead the China application team to provide technical support to sales, customers, distributors and other users develops necessary tools and training material, conducts training seminars, etc.
3. Understand the competition and technological trends, work with Sales Manager, customers and engineering team to identify/prioritize the new applications or new products needs and deliver solutions
4. Work with sales and operation to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met


Qualification
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering. Advanced degree is preferred
2. Five years supervisory experience; ten years engineering experience.
3. Excellent project management and coordination skills.
4. EMI and Thermal material products and application experience in electronics , telecommunication or automotive industry
5. Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.
6. PC Proficient (AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Access, Project, Lotus Notes preferred).
