This is a Famous Europe Auto Parts Company.
Description:
The role of a Senior HR Manager is to implement the Group's HR policies and tools and to provide support to management on human resources issues. The main missions of the role are to:
1. Guide and coach new plant’s HR teams in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.
2. Be a HR Champion ensuring all HR practices and standards conform to the Company’s HR strategy, policy and guidelines. Champion the Company’s Values and Culture;
3. Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at regional level.
4. Providing generalist HR support to regional Business leaders, managers and /or employees across different plants;
5. Cooperated with senior Management team to develop leadership capability, identify future talent, engage teams and manage change effectively
6. Report relevant HR information to the Division.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
1. Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR Management
2. Minimum 8 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment
3. A good knowledge of employment law
4. Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
5. International mind set
6. Results orientation
7. Strong written and oral communications skills
8. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
