Position summary:
1. Supply Chain Management Policy Proposal.
2. Supply Chain Management daily job decision making.
3. Supply Chain Employee Management and All Personal Decision Rights.
4. Fulfill all the tasks required by direct supervisors.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
1. Set up company SCM policy.
2. According to company global sourcing strategy, develop effective suppliers.
3. Build up effective supplier audit and management system.
4. Ensure competitive total SCM cost according to the market and company changes.
5. Improve our SCM efficiency.
6. Manage SCM employees.
Qualification requirements:
1. At least eight years auto alternator, starter, or EMS electronics suppliers’ management experience.
2. Rich experience of global SCM experience.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Integrity and diligent.
5. Taking responsibility and pressure.
6. Fluent English.
