I.Duties and Responsibilities工作职责：

1.Assist Promotion Support Manager to handle the following promotional activities and programs in South Region:
？
Outdoor promotion program
？ In-store demo program
？ National promotional campaign
？ Localized promotional campaign
？ Store level promotional activities
？ Clearance program

2.Work with HO Trading, HO Marketing, HO Supply Chain, Regional Marketing and Operation departments to make sure the above programs and activities roll out successfully.

3.Sales and other reports generation.

4.Category analysis and advice action plans to drive sales.

II.Personal Qualities & Qualifications个性品质及任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree or above, Major in Business and Management related areas

2.Over 3 years working experience in sales & marketing or trading areas, preferably in FMCG industry

3.Excellent PC skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4.Excellent oral and written English (CET6 or above)

5.Strong analytic skills on product categories level

6.Good communication skills

7.Good interpersonal skills

8.Result-oriented

9.Able and willing to work under pressure
