Position Summary
This position is responsible for leading Business Development for Corporate Training & Consulting business for TüV SüD China in Southern China region.

Responsibility and Authority
1. Propose Training & Consulting business strategy under GM/Directors' guidance, achieve a breakthrough and fast growth to meet business target in the region;
2. Set up and implement business development plan based on solid understanding and analysis of market and company competence.
3. Set up an internal team and necessary working processes;
4. Manage the daily operation to include Marketing, Sales and Customer Relations;5. Provide guidance and able to support KA development and also new business development;

6. To align business strategy with headquarter and execute necessary tasks assigned.
7. To build up a pool of trainer and consultants as resources that delivers the services
8. To build up strong customer base that makes business sustainable.

Education and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Solid understanding in training & consulting business, 5-8 years working experience in the industry;
3. Hands-on experiences in marketing, sales and customer relationship management;
4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
6. Good people management skill;
7. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
8. Good computer skill;
9. Good command of English and Cantonese.
