职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Achieve revenue and EBIT growth for the company
2.Responsible for standardizing and harmonizing strategic business processes & systems. Responsible for the development and influence execution of business strategies, with full collaboration of related sales and project engineering team.
3.Responsible for strategic product/opportunities development, determine new or strategic business opportunities through the innovative use of global business analyses, market intelligence, competitive data, customer feedback. Identify and develop potential new business services and sectors for TÜV SÜD expansion, and builds associated business plans and implementation plans.
4.Determine competitive positioning and pricing strategy, and directs competitive strategies to ensure a leadership position. Recommends entry and exit strategies depending on ROI and competitive positioning.
5.Promote TÜV SÜD competitive advantage and positioning expertise within the selected industries by developing customer-centric services, participating in critical industry and regulatory events, and developing relationships with customers.
6.Develop and implement strategies to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery within the designated group of products, across the department and with external customers.
7.Do market research and develop new market and new clients
8.Develop and reinforce relationship with key customers
9.Monitoring project handling process, lead time and project quality, customer feedback
10.Provide new business training to customers and internal staffs
11.Support marketing and sales activities
12.Respect the confidentiality of the company and customers
13.Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree, major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
2.Minimum 8 years experience in Electrical and Electronic industry, 4 to 5 years in sales or project management experience is preferred
3.Familiar in product testing and certification field is a must
4.Fluent in English and Chinese
5.Good interpersonal skills, project management skills, presentation skills, computer skills
6.Be able to self-motivated, decision making and work independently
