工作职责：
管理下属员工，包括员工计划,团队建设,员工培训和绩效考核等
与客户保持紧密联系以提高诚信以便进一步获得商机
带领下属员工在项目设计、项目管理、项目分析中提供专业的、全面的服务以确保生成有实用价值的分析报告
协助总监/总经理获取新的商机
控制项目成本以提高竞争力和成本效益并负责项目款
根据客户的项目需求准备完整的项目计划书，必要时为客户演示报告

岗位要求：
本科以上学历
3－5年相关市场研究行业工作经验
具Loyalty项目经验优先
熟练的英语说、听、读、写能力
熟练操作word、Excel、PPT等操作软件
工作认真负责，较强的管理能力
刻苦耐劳，能胜任长期加班出差工作
（能力稍逊者可应聘助理研究经理职位）
