1.Position purpose/Summary statement:

Responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the Cost Breakdown Sheet of the factory and look for cost savings, without compromising the integrity of the design, in order to hit the target price.

2. Education/Experience:
- 3 years of experience in product costing
- 2 years in college or language school
- Basic knowledge in footwear
- Knowledgeable in shoe materials and components and its cost

3. Skills/Knowledge/Behaviour:
- Computer literate
- With very strong personality
- Ability to write and communicate in English
- Skills in material exploitation and very familiar with the characteristics ofshoe materials.
- Familiar with shoe parts and constructions
- Familiar with all shoe materials and components cost
- Ability to negotiate with factory and supplier
- Ability to work under pressure
