Responsibilities:

As Commercialization Manager, he or shee is mainly responsible and accountable in ensuring that all new products/models are timely and properly engineered and commercialized in coordination with Deckers’ -- Sanuk brand Development team in China who are mainly responsible for earlier stages of development and commercialization . Also responsible for smoothing process for any carry over models being re-allocated factory.
As a QC Manager, he or she is responsible for quality assurance by driving production adherence to standard processes and making sure process controls and QC tollgates are in place and properly implemented . Response any quality issue feedback from USA/consumer.

Education/Experience:
- Minimum 7 years working experience in a reputable footwear company in either production, commercialization,
development... 2 years of which in commercialization..
- Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience .
- Comprehensive knowlegede of footwear manufacturing processes.
- Good verbal and written English communication skill.
- Computer literate
- Preferably college/University graduate
