• Responsibilities

  1. Act and perform sales activities according to company policy, MS procedures and guidelines, and MS sales policy;

  2. Build sales funnels, develop potential clients, accumulate client data base;

  3. Follow up sales enquiries & orders, contact with customers and provides support for their inquiry to be able to offer a quotation, and endeavor to achieve sales target and keep margin in a reasonable level;

  4. Develop large account s and provide solution to large accounts

  5. Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers

  6. Update sales opportunities & sales forecast on an on-going basis

  7. Cooperate with other function colleagues to handle clients, improve positive customers experience

  8. Collect the information of market/Industry and competitors

  9. Assist Sales manager to establish and develop TüV SüD MS’s image in certification area, handle complaint from customers and provide technical training to new sales;

  10. Assist Sales manager to develop sales talent and management potential to meet the faster business growth requirements in south china;

  11. Assist Sales manager to cultivate high performance culture and building high standard sales professional team

  12. Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• With more than 5 years sales experience and more than 3 years sales experience in Certification/Testing industry and is familiar with Management System;
• Be aggressive, diligent and strong faith to win
• Good work attitude and good team work spirit
• Good communication and inter personal skill
• Good business acumen and customer -oriented
• College or Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent disciplines
• Can be on board as soon as possible
