MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

LAST DEVELOPMENT

Select Last supplier according to performance, capabilities and capacity

Measure last according to H&M method & confirm measurement to senior technician

Analyze last development KPI (LT/ Approval rate)

In charge of Last library in DC (Record / Show room presentation / Storage)

Make sure the approved last being scanned and filed by last maker

SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT

Identify problems or potential problems on offer sample/style sample.

Be pro-active. Give suggestions and different options on how to improve development

Secure making and workmanship

Check fitting with N-model and adjust/ approve before send samples to PO

Initiate DC approvals whenever possible

Analyze DC KPI (LT/ Approval rate)

In charge of Sample inventories (Record / Show room presentation/ Storage)

MATERIAL / TRIMS

Secure with material & Trim team to have “selected” material/Trims in Stock in DC

EDUCATION & EVALUATION

Evaluate DC knowledge and needs

Support DC team by training & Education

ORGANIZATION

Be Proactive in case of delay and inform PO in advance

Watch out DC capacity and be prepare for peak period

COOPERATION WITH PO

SUPPORT FUNCTION

Support R&D in the last developments

Support R&D/ Merchandiser in the Sample developments:

COMMUNICATION

Create a good dialogue with Technician & Business team

Send daily follow-up to PO Team

Join weekly Collection meeting in SHPO

Join Webex meeting with SH tech for fitting session
