Key Responsibilities
Completely and 100% accurate to issue out invoices and being contact point with Tax bureau to handle purchasing VAT invoice, Tax claim and writing off VAT invoice etc
? Based on AR clerk’s provided evidence to completely and 100% accurate to issue out invoice and make AR clerk can catch up with customer’s invoice submission deadline to ensure no invoice delay and let customer can pay our money on time,
? Well understand how to operate invoice issuing system , and keep ownership to join all related updated training and keep initiation to find opportunities to enhance invoice issuing system process,
? Being contact point of Tax bureau to handle routine job, like purchase VAT invoice, Tax claim and writing off VAT etc.,
? Well communication with AR team to share invoice issuing status and find solution way which can optimize the process and speed up the invoice issuing process,
? Timely help BU/other MU to issue some invoice and make well communication cross MU,
? Timely correct invoice issue when error happen,
Key skills/ Critical experience
- Secondary school degree, major in finance is prefer,
- Invoice issuing experience is big plus,
- Good computer knowledge especially in Excel,
- Strong communication skills and logical thinking,
- High integrity and customer-oriented with strong feeling of roles & responsibilities,
- Carefulness and hardworking,
- Willing to help others,
- Eager to learn new things,
