Position Description:
Demand forecasting: Responsible for demand forecast planning for all accessory parts and ensure the forecast accuracy meet target. Product transition planning and management: Manage planning for transitions, product roadmaps, industry and Cost trend, Season campaign and special marketing programs or promotions. Identify gaps which required action by GSC, PO or GEO. Ensure interlock on plans. Act as SD representative in all accessory projects. Liability management: Manage excess supply, driving actions on excess commodity supply and interlocking with PO/GEO on actions. Drive square out assessment and rebalancing or other disposition as required. supply management: commit to regions based on region forecast and supply schedule from suppliers. Critical issues management: to prioritize, develop execution plans, implement management system to track.

Position Requirements:
Planning & project management experience preferred; Excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint are required ； Strong data and analytical skills, commitment and action oriented ； Strong verbal and written communication skills
