1. Duties from conceptional and detail design of monochrome laser printers (including ADFs and scanners) to building prototypes, performing evaluation and follow mass production.

Position Requirements:
Experience：
1. Experience in design of laser or inkjet printer for 5 plus years and experience in support of bringing 3 or more models to mass-production.
2. Experience in design of circuitry for mechatronics control boards, and in creating circuit drawings using electronic CAD software (e.g. OrCAD) for laser or inkjet printers.
3. Experience in harness design for laser or inkjet printers.
4. Experience in evaluation of switching power supplies for laser or inkjet printers.
Knowledge：
1. Fundamental knowledge of laser or inkjet printers
2. Knowledge regarding EMC related measures
3. Knowledge regarding evaluation of motors
Abilities:
1. Ability to create circuit drawings using electronic CAD software(e.g. OrCAD)
2. Ability to be friendly and proactive in conversations with in the team and with partner organizations
3. Ability to be decisive and think in dependently to achieve goals by implementing flexible and prompt action
4. Ability to act team-oriented with a cooperative attitude and show a respectful behavior towards partners or related organizations
5. Ability to analyze problems, and explain in a simple and clear way the investigation of the cause，the occurring mechanism as well as counter measures.
6. Ability to design with a high awareness towards cost to achieve low-cost targets
7. Japanese language is a plus
