Position Description:
Performs the Leadership, Analysis, Evaluation and Design tasks related to the development of Lenovo BYOD and Mobility Infrastructure architecture and
Solution including managing solution implementation and operation.
Scope of Activities:
Analyze Lenovo enterprise business context (trends and business strategy) and industrial best practices to derive BYOD technical architecture
Analyze technology industry and market trends of BYOD and Mobility, and determine the potential impact on Lenovo.
Analyze the current Lenovo BYOD and Mobility environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Define the principles that guide BYOD and Mobility technical decisions.
Lead the design and implementation of BYOD and Mobility solution and enhancement.
Identify the Financial impact and Organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures and culture) of BYOD/Mobility solution.
Assist with BYOD/Mobility governance and security policy design activities.
Oversee and facilitate the evaluation and selection of BYOD and Mobility hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations.
Support on Mobility application development/enhancement to fit BYOD/Mobility infrastructure to the entire IT technical architecture
Document necessary technical architecture design and analysis work.

Position Requirements:
Skills and Credentials:
Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering or a related study.
8 to 10 years of experience in End Users Computing area including client technical architecture, mobility management, desktop image management, etc.
Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies and processing environments.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Knowledge of financial models and budgeting
Ability to estimate the financial impact of technical architecture alternatives
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
Understanding of network architecture, application operations, server/storage solution is a plus.
