Responsibilities:

1) Answer technical inquiries from Customers and Sales Team, provide technical data and information of products.
2) Recommend tools and make sure of tool fit based on application requirements, conduct site survey when required.
3) Responsible for preparing/presenting technical proposals.
4) Completed parts or assembly drawing details.
5) Responsible for the cylinders or ‘IT’ products designing and manufacture.
6) Lead/attend meetings with Customers and/or Sales Team to provide inputs from engineering perspective.
7) Organize/conduct on-site demonstration and service when required.
8) Provide theoretical and practical training to Customers and Sales Team when required.
9) Support local sourcing/manufacturing projects when required.
10) Maintain current knowledge of the marketplace through regular contact with customers and distributors.
11) Maintain company property (vehicle, demonstration stock, promotional items, etc) in excellent condition. Submit accurate expense reports on a monthly basis.


Requirements:
1) Technical aptitude is required.
2) Knowledge of hydraulics is required.
3) Ability to manage concurrent projects independently and in a team environment is required.
4) Computer skills in AutoCAD,Pro-E, Microsoft Office and presentational PowerPoint are required.
5) Have experience in Cylinders designing will be top-priority.
6) Good communication skills required.
7) English oral and written skills desirable.
8) Willing to travel frequently.


Job Location: Taicang
(Daily shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang)
