Responsibility:
-Plan, prioritise, schedule, and manage maintenance activities (for example planned maintenance programmes, shut-downs, or emergency repairs) to rectify break-downs and malfunctions and minimise business disruption;
-Develop and implement repair and maintenance procedures; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability, and safety standards;
-Research, evaluate, and recommend new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team;
-Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with external contractors (for example builders, electricians) to minimise costs and ensure the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service;
-Liaise with functional or operational area managers throughout the organisation (for example in production; or branch, store, facility, or plant mangers) to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities with their operations;
- Actively participate and contribute in the weekly operational coordination meeting;
-Estimate the cost, time, and resources required for repair projects; prepare work orders and monitor the progress of work against estimates;
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely, and on-time.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical;
-Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar position;
-Minimum 3 years of managerial experience;
-Working experience in food and beverage or manufacture company;
-Preferable experience from an international environment.
