主要职责和任务要求：
1、 负责集团下属三个制造工厂在内的日常运营管理；
2、 负责推行精益生产，帮助公司提高产品质量，从而赢得新订单和新客户；
3、 负责培训和开发公司领导层的领导能力，提升管理水平；
4、 完成公司交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、 汽车制造，金属材料工程及管理类相关专业以上学历，十五年以上同行业工作经验，有以上同职位工作经验者优先；
2、 具备相当的现场管理能力，能够指导并帮助工厂进行包括质量、技术工艺、物流配送等
方面的持续改进；
3、 能够指导并帮助工厂建立完善的质量、安全、环保体系，并确保体系的高效运行；
4、 对财务、人力资源管理有一定的认识，能够有效对工厂所涉及的财务和人力资源管理进
行管控；
5、 具备相当的组织协调能力，能够与客户进行有效沟通；
6、具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
