Four Main Responsibilities:

20%	solving various complex process, technical and equipment problems within automation specialty;
20%	Generating & Providing engineering solutions for manufacturing operation;
20%	Play key role in the field of Lean manufacturing & Yield Improvement with the discipline of Automation;
20%	provide engineering expertise and support to Quality System in terms of change control, CAPA investigation & Actions implementation, Computer validation, Automation Programming
20%	GMP& EHS compliance

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

l Plant start-up: engage with expansion team during equipment selection, installation, start-up and take leadership role post commissioning through learning curve.

2 Responsible for the maintenance (corrective, preventive, predictive) and the troubleshooting/ investigation support of plant manufaturing Control System in Wet and Dry Process, Dry Blending and Packaging Areas in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures

3 The incumbent leads and participates in the investigation and solution of complex technical problems that requires judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria within the incumbent's engineering specialty.

4 Obtain & apply advanced methods and techniques to implement cost reduction programs.

5 Develops engineering solutions that can lead to shortened cycle time;

6 Readily available to troubleshoot engineering problems critical to the plant;

7 Provide engineering expertise and support to predictive maintenance program and total productive maintenance program;

8 As a technical specialist, provide engineering expertise and support to Change control, computer validation , Automation programming. investigations & solution generations( the part of engineering control) related to CAPAs.

9 Provides plant manufacturing with support in the areas of line speed calculations and reporting, throughput evaluation, headcount justification, capacity analysis, and downtime evaluation.

10 All above responsibilities may be realized through incumbent’s leadership or assistance by deploying various capital projects

REQUIREMENTS:

1 Industry experiences: Work Experiences(fluids & Solutions preparation & Seperation, refining,

extracting, powder mxing, drying ,solids making, Packaging etc.) in FMCG , chemical or

pharmaceutical industries;

2 Position experiences: Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula

and nutritionals. 3 – 5 years experience with infant formula manufacturing at the plant level High degree of technical expertise and familiarity with infant formula manufacturing processes. Must possess good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, Or equivalent.

3 Computer Skills: Siemens S7 Siemens PLC programming(or Equivelant), mainsteam Computer Languange. Autocad is plus

4 Language Skills： capable of using English for the need of executing duties(e.g working with counterparts which are native English speakers, with overseas vendor engineers for equipment FAT or SAT)

5 Mobility: Work location in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province

6 Certificate Required: certified engineer is plus

7 Other Special requirement: Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the

quality system.
