Position Description:
The SW PM will mainly focus on planning and management of Lenovo Server OS and management tools.
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
1 Work with product planning team to define product concept and develop MRD(marketing requirements document)
2 Work as Server marketing representative in product delivery team to direct the team for on time, on spec product delivery.
3 Manage product changes based on competitive analysis and customer requirements through the life cycle to keep product competence.
4 Create product disclosure and competitive analysis as database for sales enablement .

Position Requirements:
1 More than 5 years’ experience of x86 server product management
2 Proven track record as PM of a product successful in global market
3 S/he will work well in a team environment with peers in R&D, product management & regions.
4 S/he will have vision balanced with practical business sense supported by analytical skills.
5 S/he will have excellent written & presentation skills to internal/external audience.
6 S/he will be results oriented, driven by excellence.
7 S/he will have drive, energy and the "will to win"
