Position Description:
1).管理物料DOI，减少物料liability----物料积压比例小于6%，E&O/write-off小于3%（reserve/Inv)
2).管理服务器物料采购周期，有计划性的缩短服务器物料采购周期，保持服务器物料采购竞争力
3).以周为节奏，针对26周的，整理以及反馈、管理部件的供应情况，确保部件供应没有缺口，同时不至于产生淤货
4).支持系统供应管理（PSM)以及PBM在ODT项目的工作，参与供应商sourcing,从物料供应角度提出合理化的建议
5).配合GCM对供应商以及物料做PPMS review,对所管理物料业界供应有前瞻性的了解，并提出不同级别的供应预警
6).保持和供应商良好的沟通界面，并且能够熟悉掌握供应商端的组织结构以及层级关系图
7).做好部件的切换供应管理工作，做到控制部件切换的库存损失最小化

-Review and manage the parts DOI to achieve the target in order to mitigate the Gap between the rolling 26Ws demand and supply
-Monthly or Quarterly review parts lead-time and try to shorten the L/T within the reasonable number to improve the supply flexibility
-Weekly track with supplier and review the parts supply& demand to keep the supply to meet the demand;
-Support the NPI together with Products Supply Mgt and PBM during the OTD program and consult some positive suggestions before the RFQ
-Keep good relationship with suppliers and involve to have the Quarterly Business Review with X-functions from supply prospective
-Manage the parts transitions in order to minimize the parts inventory loss

Position Requirements:
-Bachelor degree with Computer related majors, or English/Supply Chain related majors.
-3 to 4 years' rich experiences in Supply chain Or understand the Supply chain Management; or Overseas background as preferred; or experiences in IT business
-Excel, PPT skills and better English skills.
