Position Description:
1) Understand the company’s strategy, provide in-depth analysis of opportunities to further the company’s growth through inorganic means, provide insights of industry trends;
2) End-to-end management of the company’s investment projects, including analyze target’s business fundamentals and key technologies in providing recommendation, design investment proposal, participate in negotiation phase, and create plans for post-investment integration and management;
3) Fully participate in the project’s various analysis, including but not limited to financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation studies;
4) Produce project initiation, research, assessment and other related materials; prepare acquisition-related materials as part of the project management, establish business templates and processes, etc.;
5) Coordinate internal and external resources as part of the project management;
6) Establish and maintain relationships with the investment community.

Position Requirements:
1) A bachelor’s degree from a top-tiered university, with majors in finance, economics, management, or law; MBA or equivalent Master’s degree would be a plus;
2) 5 + years of investment / financing, corporate finance, management consulting, or project management related work experience;
3) Able to complete relevant project analysis, target company profile scans and assessment reports, provide effective coordination of project execution, project management experience with investment and financing project is preferred;
4) Sound financial investment knowledge foundation, including enterprise valuation, deal structure, financial analysis, and high-level understanding of M&A regulations in China. Good understanding of IT and internet sectors a plus;
5) Business mindset: Impeccable ownership attitude of getting things done, translate strategic concepts into actionable steps, strong analytical skills, and keen business sense;
6) Personality: strive to improve every day, not afraid of “getting hands dirty,” a desire to help build a strong team from the onset, and a solid teamwork mentality
7) Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, in Chinese and in English.
