Position Description:
1. Responsible for master production planning, load smoothening and capacity planning to factory.
2. Meets or exceeds shipment targets by coordinating and establishing good master schedule, flexible production plans and timely follow up action.
3. Track the supply of shortage parts with GSM/buyer to ensure the order commitments made to customers are met
4. Work with factory to solve the capacity issue or quality issue.
5. Review, develops and implements production control and inventory control for the operation
6. KPI and Supply Process aglinment with TPG/IGP in WW to support more server to be launched in WW

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in supply chain Management, Business Administration or an equivalent
2.More than 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment as Demand Planning/ Factory Planning/ Supply Panning
3.Broad knowledge of the supply base and in-depth knowledge of production planning or supply planning are required
4.Proficient with ERP system is required, SAP is plus
5. Having I2 planning /SAP experience is a strong plus
