Position Description:
1) Support the Think Enterprise product qualification efforts, perform research as required to develop or enhance test solutions.
2) Help define and implement test plans, evaluate test capabilities and test milestones to ensure coverage of the planned and committed features for the product.
3) Be aware of and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies in Enterprise environments. Identify areas to ensure automation is added for scaling and efficiency.
4) Demonstrate your leadership as you share your knowledge with teammates in the areas of test, reporting and milestone tracking.
5) Be the expert in test methodology's, assisting both internal teams and our Partners in test method development, execution, and analysis.
6) Test duties will include assisting with test bed design, setup, and configuration. This includes test software installation, customization, custom test script and software development. Responsibilities will range from test generation through reporting.
7) Drive & participate in reviews with management and executives.

Position Requirements:
1) At least 12 years of professional experience working across multiple organizations in a global corporation.
2) Broad and Deep experience with Server Technologies.
3) Proven experience including developing and executing based on high level goals.
4) Experience working with ODMs/Suppliers/Partners across the Globe.
5) Ability to understand complex systems and multifaceted problems with a proven track record of successful results.
6) Working knowledge of LSS principles and processes.
7) A Bachelor’s Degree.
8) Excellent teamwork and verbal and written communication skills.
