Position Description:
1.As a key menber in ODT(Offering delivery team)to manages the product delivery scope including new product plan、development、test and launch.
2.Supervise the service team including Call center、Web、technolgy support、training、IT、spare parts team to make commercial desktop product deliverable smoothly.
3.Interfaces with procurement、R&D、NPI、quality、IDC Etc. to fullfill commercial desktop launch and life cycle managment.
4.Manage the ODM vendors in the outsourced Dev/Mfg Model and parts for Lenovo service.
5.Manage the service projects to meet service business requirement and delivery on time to market .
6.Ability to drive problem-solving strategies for complex problems that involve cross-functional disciplines in the state of high pressure.

1. ODT项目团队关键成员，确保新品顺利完成规划、开发、测试及发布等关键流程的顺利交付
2. 为服务交付平台提供新品承接指导，确保CC、网站、技术支持、培训、IT、备件等关键团队可以顺利承接商用台式的新品上市支持
3. 代表服务，与采购、研发、NPI、质量等公司职能团队接口，确保产品发布和生命周期管理
4. ODM供应商管理，确保备件外包、物料支持模式顺利运转
5. 服务相关项目管理，满足业务需求，确保项目的按时、保质交付
6. 在高强度工作压力下，克服困难，完成跨职能沟通管理，解决复杂的产品、项目支持中遇到的问题。

Position Requirements:
1. 5 years+ experience in Service NPI/project management field is strongly preferredis preferred
2. Project management skills, PMP is preferred Strong interpersonal skills proficient office aplication skills
3. Bachelor in Science/Engineering, while Master is preferred
