Position Description:
The IPC MIDH Leader will be responsible for driving marketing of MIDH (Mobile Internet & Digital Home) products focusing on tablets and smartphones.
They will be required to work closely with Geo/Region marketing leaders, the WW Marketing team, and LBG MIDH Business Units leaders.

This leadership position will take ownership for 3 primary functions of the MIDH Marketing team:

1.The production and distribution of world-class salesforce enablement and marketing enablement materials. These materials are to be used by Geo/Region marketing teams and Business Partners with their marketing agencies
2.Drive global Demand Generation campaigns which impact the sell-in and sell-out of Tablets and Smartphones
3.Develop and deploy a cohesive Storefront marketing strategy including guidance and training globally for business partners and store reps selling Tablets and Smartphones

Key Responsibilities of the position:

MIDH Product Business Unit Interface
 Understand BU objectives and product roadmaps
 Deep understanding of key product attributes, prioritising product launches and depth of deliverables
 Develop and articulate meaningful value propositions for new products and ensure consistent application in all collaterals and campaigns
Geo/Region Interface
 Understand country support needs for marketing tablets and smartphones
 Develop suitable marketing and salesforce enablement materials
 Work with Geo/Regions to develop & deploy Demand Generation campaigns in line with country objectives and funding scope
 Deep dive retail storefront requirements and develop best of breed guidance and activation plans
WW Marketing Interface
 Leverage functional marketing teams at a corporate level (web, PR, advertising, etc) to best support MIDH marketing objectives
Alliance Partnerships
Where appropriate work with industry alliance partners to seek funding and alignment of marketing objectives

Position Requirements:
1、Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
2、Demonstrated PC/Technology understanding

3、preferably smartphones and/or tablets
4、Retail marketing experience
5、Experience leading and managing teams
6、8+years related consumer marketing experience
7、Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business
8、Strong Business and Process orientation
9、Highly motivated and result oriented
10、Ability to work independently and with different cultures
11、Take initiative
12Good Team player
13、Fluency in Business English (written & verbal) is a requirement
14、Mandarin language capabilities (ideal)
