职责描述：
Ware house professional is responsible for daily operation work in warehouse. Key job content include:maintainSOP,optimize business process ,handle quality related issues , etc.That is to ensure high compliance level of warehousedaily work.
Main Job Tasks
1.Update warehouse related SOPs to ensure daily operation following GMP requirement. Train warehouseemployees to ensure their work following the SOPs.
2.HandleNC,IC,CRforwarehousetoensurethewholeoperationfollowGMP.Thatincluderootcause
investigation,documenthandling,communicationandcooperationwithstakeholders,QAPimplementation.
3.Do process analysis to optimize workflow for warehouse.Follow up improvement cases and ensure realisation in warehouse.
4.Do‘GoodsReceiving’ for wholesite indirect purchasing.Inform and coordinate requester to inspect indirect purchasing in time to avoid losing.Do traction into SAP system timely.
6.Act as super user of SAP system in warehouse.
7.Participate warehouse related project.
8.Handle TIDC sample’ssampling related work.
9.Coordinate the business related to clinical trail products with both Clinical Trial Group and STJ internal stakeholders. That include contract implementation, information transfer,documentation,training.
10.Do EHS check in warehouse area weekly, solve and trace problems that have been found in everyday process confirmation to ensure compliance with EHS policy..
11.Assist supervisor to deal with daily business,such as monitor stock,documentation management,other administration work.

EducationBackground:
:4-yr(BS)Degree or above in logistics,statistics,medical or related field？
:Fluent in written and spoken English
ProfessionalExperience专业经验:
:Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry warehouse or working in a similar position.
