上班地点：天津市塘沽区新港南江路
薪资：税前10-12k/月，12薪，五险一金，补充商业保险
服务描述/ Brief description of service:
1. Control the selected TJ projects execution process improvements, initiatives implementation, and process improvements on further manufacturing excellence and best in class manufacturing cost structure, ensure all projects conform to company guidelines and control practices.
2. Develop the project budget item summary sheet, procurement requisition and project description. Support procurement function to award the project contract.
3. Provide the corresponding technical support and guidance to the facilities including direct OIMS participation, shutdown / commissioning activities. Training on new equipment / installations.
4. Ensure all contractors adhere to flawless SHE practices and follow designated specifications/ standards via LPS tools, construction safety audits, etc.
5. Responsible for flawless performance, budget, schedule and close out of projects and effective turn-over with Operations upon completion.
6. Develop scope, cost and supporting economics documents for corresponding projects as the foundation of budget (P&B) and endorsement (funding processes) process.
7. Ensure that all engineering activities are in compliance with existing regulatory requirements, codes, and standards.
Ensure all project related files are archived timely and clearly (RMG, OIMS 4.1, STRIPE system)
SCOPE (Impacts, success measures/metrics, position in Value Chain)
1. Flawless project execution for TJ (SSHE, project quality, standard, minimize impact on operation, budget control, timeliness).
2. Comply with project management guidance ( EMCAPS, MPG and OIMS 3.1).
3. Execution consistent with business plan/ requirement and timeline.
4. Comply with company/ industry engineering design standards, specifications and guidelines.
5. Development and recognition of engineers to achieve world class levels.
