Position Description:
1. Supervise and coordinate daily Fixed Assets operation with local Fixed Assets coordinator & finance colleagues.
2. Verify and monitor Fixed Assets movement in Fixed Assets tooling.
3. Be responsible for daily Fixed Assets transactions accounting in SAP in compliance with cooperate schedule.
4. Perform month end closing with high efficiency and quality.
5. Prepare Fixed Assets reports on application, movements, idle Fixed Assets by category, by country, by period.
6. Perform monthly Fixed Assets review with location colleagues and ensure open issues solved on time.
7. Perform annual Fixed Assets physical count with local Fixed Assets coordinator.
8. Perform quarterly Fixed Assets sample checking.
9. Ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliance; ensure compliance with Lenovo company policies and procedure; and ensure compliance with local accounting and tax laws and regulations.
10. Respond to ad hoc queries or requests from World Wide Fixed Assets team leader.

Position Requirements:
1. Graduated with accounting, finance or other economy related bachelor.
2. Above 2 years finance related working experiences.
3. Fluent communication on both speaking and written English.
4. Good logical thinking and independent problem solving skill.
5. Out-going & interactive characters in co-work.
6. Result-oriented and good time planning under tight deadline & pressure.
7. Strong willingness to learn new business.
