Position Description:
1. RMA(Return Material Authorization) application:
For specific suppliers, get necessary RMA info from Lenovo SPs(Service Providers), manually input RMA info at suppliers' website to apply for RMA#, notice SPs the RMA#, verify credit $, track & collect credits till closure;
2. Credit Notes Handling and Tracking:
Collect "RMA for Credit" reports from Lenovo SPs & "Motionless Redemption" reports from Service BO(Business Office) , distribute the reports to the responsible Service GCMs, track Service GCMs to make sure overall credits closure;
Work with FIN to book the credits in system and allocate to WW Service BU properly.
3.Price Coordination:
Check SRM system for the FRU price loading status and notice Service GCMs the status;
Handle price query from Service BO and SPs: Identify P/N ownership, verify info from the inquirer, distribute the P/Ns to the responsible Service GCMs to price, then consolidate the price or other input to Service BO or SPs.
Monthly collect "Whole FRU price List" from Service GCMs and consolidate to Service BO.
4. Data Collection & Processing:
Monthly collect OPSP/TAT reports from SPs, and other suppliers' performance data from correlative parties for Service GCM QBR Scoring purpose;
Collect COD(Certificate of Destruction) & pictures from SPs to Service GCMs for MR declaration purpose;Other data related works.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above；
2. 2+ years working experience at procurement or supply chain function at electronic companies;
3. Good command of English;
4. Strong data analysis & processing skill, good Excel & presentation ability;
5. Good communication and coordination skill, strong teamwork.
