Position Description:

1. Analyze backlog CSD (customer ship date) / PSD (plan ship date) and tracking service material readiness.

2. Allocation and prioritize build/ship base on planning strategic instruction.

3. Communicate, drive, and track the order flow and status to secure platinum or normal order on time delivery.

4. Report for order status and materials shorts

5. Foresee & tracking supply risk and alert for order/serviceability impact

6. Attend and support Service Supply BMS (business management system) conference with BU, global supply chain and Worldwide SP

7. Manage Service Field replacement unit parts lifecycle, NPI order fulfill, EC & matrix, MOQ ,LTB

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above degree

2. Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain, has customer fulfillment and order processing skills

3. Good command of both spoken & written English & Computer skill especially excel

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong teamwork

5. Self motivated and can drive result under pressure

5. Customer oriented, project management experience will be a plus.
