职位描述

合同:短期6个月
薪资:税前6-6.5K

上班地点:北京市朝阳区东三环中路


工作内容:
1.Strictly follow CMS  DOI and JD, ensure the implementation of internal policy and compliance of regulatory requirements
2.Timely and accurate resolution to all customer enquiries on CMS related services and products
3.Act as “single window” into our CMS services
4.To maintain quality standards to ensure our services for above mentioned products, meets customers’ total needs, and that continued effort is made to exceed customer’s expectation
5.To check report and finish the product related returns in time, establish statistic and filing procedure, ensure the accuracy and integrity of original records, contracts and other materials
6.To provide support and monitor investigation cases handled by Hub Centre, through satisfactory resolution with the customer
7.To be aware and identify opportunities for cross selling the Bank’s products
8.To be responsible for account related entry/deal input and checking, ensure the effective control of risks through proper authority mechanism
9.Help vet suspicious money laundering cases, where necessary, before sending them to Country Money Laundering Prevention Officer
10.Daily work must comply with the Money Laundering Prevention Requirement and the Code of Conduct
11.Shall be alert at all times to unusual or possible suspicious customer activity, and should report promptly any suspicious activity
12.Periodically to do compliance self-checking of daily processing, escalate according to acceptable risk threshold
13.Periodically to do job rotation and take mandatory leave as per annual leave policy.
14.Be familiar with BCP plan and test periodically
15.Attend and finish internal and external training to be skilled and qualified for the job.
16.Safe keep and register business chops, user Id password and critical vouchers, follow handover policy if applicable 
17.Processing relevant transactions and performing specific duties (e.g.  reconciliation, regulatory reporting, callbacks, scanning, etc.) guided by the departmental operating instructions, guidelines, policies and standards set

1.College/University degree   
2.Knowledge in PBOC/SAFE/CBRC regulations   
3.General knowledge of CMS service, Cash counter service and Accounting  
4.Creativeness in generating constructive new ideas  
5.Good command of both written and spoken English  
6.Organizing skills and Interpersonal skills  
7.Computer skills  
8.knowledge with  CNY/FCY clearing
