1. Ensure all production quality and packing passes warehouse qc for team members as well as yourself;

2. Develop strong understanding of production leading-time and work towards being in control of supplier's production planning. Be fully prepared for production follow-ups and raise any problems in a timely manner understanding your suppliers capabilities and limitations to ensure that their developments and production are optimal for their production level;

3. Regular visits to supplier factories to review production, understand the current working level. put action plans in place for each supplier, with deadlines, to track their improvements.
