Key Responsibilities:

1. He/She will identify and translate the must have trends for fashion forward product
2. Confidently translate trends into viable commercial styles
3. Create mood/trend boards using global influences
4. Create continuous and seasonal fabric finish innovations.
5. Providing fabric and wash direction to the buyers seasonally
6. Range building skills and ability to work closely with buyers and present ranges to the business.
7. Understand Menswear product and garment construction
8. Produce detailed tech packs and brief suppliers confidently, work with buyers and suppliers directly
9. Produce CAD artworks and presentation boards

Requirements:

1. Head a team of designer and Junior designers
2. Work with Head of Design on planning and developing wear collection.
3. Preparing seasonal trend information.
4. Extensive travel in China, Asia and Europe will be required
5. An understanding of the Chinese Menswear market would be an advantage.
