Responsibilities

工作职责

 

1.       Develop and implement procurement strategies for Shop decoration products categories, consistent with overall Procurement objectives and procurement policy and standard.

2.       Facilitate/participate in new development projects whilst managing the supplier relations (Early supplier involvement).

3.       Responsible for the product/material’s technical requirements and quality standards for the category, and focus on implementation of supplier quality performance management and continuous improvement.

4.       Negotiate price based on an in-depth understanding of components and material

5.       Facilitate strategic sourcing activities for the category

6.       Ensure all supplier quotations and samples are completed on a timely basis for appropriate decision making to meet objectives.

7.       Manage First batch order execution and resolve product and production issues on a timely and proactive manner

8.       Assess suppliers capacity and capability to meet requirements and provide input for supplier assessment

9.       Coordinate with Supplier Chain team in daily operations

10.    Further maintain and developing the existing supplier base, As well as make sure on-boarding of new suppliers can meet and follow company policies and requirements

11.    Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed

 

Requirement:

1.       Bachelor degree and above ,major is not limited

2.       supply chain with focus on sourcing and procurement including at least 3 years sourcing on shop decoration products and/or materials experience.

3.       Supplier management experiences in supplier development, management, evaluation support.

4.       Highly motivated with high sense of urgency and initiative.

5.       Takes ownership.

6.       Good negotiation skills in working with suppliers on product and price. Good experience and sense in cost.

7.       Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures.

8.       Strong ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and keep them on track.

9.       Excellent problem solving skills.

10.    Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

11.    Fluency English is plus

12.    Some travel activity must be expected to support projects.
