Key Responsibilities:

1. C&B daily operations, such as monthly payroll payment, social insurance and housing fund, IIT, etc.
2. Sales incentive plan design and optimization based on business development and strategic goals.
3. Compensation and benefit survey, internal benchmark, salary structure review and design.
4. Annual salary review process, budget estimate, process management, HR system maintenance and administration, etc.
5. C&B relevant analysis and report.
6. C&B policies review and guidance.
7. HR system optimization based on C&B process requirement.
8. Coordinates or take lead C&B projects in responsible activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years working experience in C&B.
3. Be familiar with compensation design and survey methods and processes.
4. High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.
5. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel applications.
6. Proactive and result-oriented.
7. Fluent English as preference
