Job Description:

-Responsible for analyzing, preparing and delivering of monthly management reports

-Develop and improve financial processes: finance and management reporting tools, budgeting and estimating process, standard procedure of finance functions

-Responsible for preparation and coordination of group internal control procedure and external annual audit

-Work closely with functional teams and provide on site support if necessary

-May be assigned as acting AR manager to oversee AR function operation

-Managing the daily accounts receivable activities relative to AR collection, credit control review, AR accounting maintenance and reporting

-Other tasks assigned by China director

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree or above in accounting and finance, additional professional certification in finance is preferred

-About 5-8years of working experience in Big 4 or famous International foreign company, and about 1-2 years in manager or Assist Manager role

-Overseas education or working background is much appreciated

-Deep understanding of accounting and finance function, and familiar with ERP system

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Fluent in spoken and written English

-Clear thinking and problem solving abilities, and successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operation/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas

-Assertiveness and flexible, being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstance, and/or to work in ambiguous situations

Self motivated, take initiatives and leadership where necessary.
