Job Objective:

l  Master technical application for XSYS technologies and products to be well adapted into Chinese market.

l  Continuously develop technical team’s capability to provide sound technical service for customers.

l  Technical support and service (including training and troubleshooting) to current and potential clients in printing industry (mainly Flexo Printing Industry), in terms of plate-making processes, plates & printing aspects.

l  Work closely with Sales team to achieve the sales target on plates, sleeves and plate-making equipment.

l  Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow up, and adherence to goals.

l  Handle/follow up the client concerns, complaint/claim with related colleagues.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

l  Good knowledge about prepress of printing, skilled at prepress is a plus.

l  Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials.

l  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

l  Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the clients and public.

l  Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.

l  Flexo Printing experience / background is a big plus.

l  Able to communicate in English. Chinese is preferable.
