职位描述
岗位职责：
Analyze strategic alignment of proposed projects to the organization's strategic objectives and goals
1.The ability to elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business cases, scenarios and workflow analysis and make appropriate recommendations or decisions in a proactive manner
2.Conducts analysis of moderate to high complexity information to assure key stakeholders are provided with actionable, accurate and high integrity data.
3.Present and explain information and data in an understandable and purposeful manner
4.Analyze data/contents to identify trends and patterns
5.Ability to integrate and relate data/contents from disparate sources(MS word/Databases/PDFs/etc.)
6.Support business initiatives through business analysis
7.Effectively collaborates with entire organization to conduct analysis and communicate findings and value added-information to the stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
8.Develops and maintains service line reports in alignment with strategic initiatives and orchestrates the process for routine distribution.
9.Identifies and implements process improvement strategies to effectively and efficiently produce reports, gather information, and meet organizational needs.
10.Assist with development and maintenance of cost accounting method
11.In conjunction with routine reporting incorporates cost accounting analysis to supplement the strategic decision-making process.
12.Implements and oversees the analytical approaches and methodologies
13.Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning
14.Maintain and promote the integrity of the Information Management Team by reviewing Business Analysts Team’s analysis/output and by demonstrating the importance of quality, professional behavior and output
15.Help our business use data to drive high performance and quality
16.Support the Information Management Team by assisting in the organization and prioritization of projects; and by being a resource for the team to ask questions and learn from the knowledge and experiences of the Senior Business Analyst
17.Performs all other duties as assigned.
职位要求：
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in related field.
2.Minimum of 4 years of business or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare.
3.Knowledge of application system management and change control processes, application validation and implementation in a GxP environment
4.Experience in data/content analysis and visualization methods
5.Knowledge of data mining methods and systems and analysis tools
6.Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to read, categorize, comprehend and calculate information.
7.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
8.Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills to effective create analysis and presentations.
9.Ability to independently prioritize and focus on multiple tasks concurrently.
