Position Description:
1. Lead cross-function teams to go through all ODT(Offering Delivery Team) Processes and deliver multi-programs and tasks on time.
2. Lead and manage cross functional team to execute project charter and deliver project objectives TTM within cost budget and project scope.
3. Manage the ODT Checkpoint Process for the project, while efficiently managing and controlling project scope, risk, quality and PCR’s.
4. Monitor and report on various metrics that indicate the status of the development effort. Prepare and manage necessary operational reports.
5. Lead cross-function teams to complete the transition plan effectively with Quality.
6. Lead transition plan by considering transition roadmap, liability, inventory, supply, technical readiness and resource availability.
7. Be time to market driven by developing integrated and optimized project/execution plan.
8. Demonstrate skills in prioritization and time management to ensure that projects remain on track and commitments remained aligned to stakeholders’ expectations.

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science degree in a technical field (Computer Science, ME, EE etc.)
2. At least 8 years related working experiences of product development. ( 5 year in computer industry; 3 years in project management.)
3. Good communication (Written and oral) skills to engage effectively to all relevant function teams and community.
4. Self-motivated, results driven, risks cognizant.
5. Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills
6. Experience in working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, quality, cost and schedule challenges.
7. Familiar with R&D process, employed in the similar field before.
8. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
9. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
10. Have PMP Certification or a development plan to become certified.
