Position Description:
1.Desk Top/All in One/Work Station Power design review on quality control, manufacturing feasibility perspective.
2.PSU Vendor Readiness Review Audit, Pre-alert quality and capacity, yield rate risks and work out preventive solutions with cross function team during NPI
3.Quality handling: Failure analysis, recover plan, Fupan
4.Trigger supplier quality performance (KPI), analyze the main attribution, figure out the improvement plan. - Periodically audit suppliers’ quality system and quality process.

Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in EE or equivalent studies
2.6-8 years Power supply design or quality management, with more than 3 years suppliers management experience is preferred
3.High level Server product knowledge and job experience
4.Basic knowledge of project management. Some experience of driving functional or cross-functional project in technical area.
5.English communication -- fluent communication oral and written. CET-4 or above
