Position Description:
1. Works closely with sales teams and the extended Global Account Business operational teams (Global Supply Chain, Services etc.) in support of global customers. This is an operational, customer facing position.
2. Acts as a subject matter expert within the region, and is responsible for driving operational execution for the global segment as the operational focal for Headquarter’ s global accounts within their assigned region.
3. Be responsible for tracking all account operational issues through to closure. Will work closely with the extended geos teams to provide appropriate coverage and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Act as an escalation point to help resolve critical in bound global account issues within the assigned regions.
5. Lead the regional team that provides back end execution support for the global segment.
6. Identify pervasive issues, and work on special projects as needed to drive operational efficiency.

Position Requirements:
1. At least 5 years working experience
2. Leadership skills - ability to lead a matrix team across the region
3. Excellent English written and oral communication skills
4. Global experience - accustomed to working with Mature and Emerging Groups regions to solve problems today
5. Strong sense of urgency to meet critical Customer deadlines
6. Experience talking to Customers on a regular basis
7. Complex project management experience
8. Excellent excel, PPT skills + analytical skills; excellent organization skills - documentation
9. LSS training

Nice to have additional experience:
- Some knowledge of the global process, experience in one global account function
- Certification in project management (PMI)
- Certification in LSS
