Position Description:
1. Think Accessories project management, including all branded accessories, COA, VLH, etc. Be able to manage multi-function product projects, cross-function projects.
2. Think Accessories development End to End Process Owner and full responsibilities to drive for results independently from cross function teams
3. Think Accessories Development leader and contact window in ODT
4. Think Accessories Supplier Management for development activities
5. Think Accessories Life cycle management for development activities, including, field issues, product maintenance, etc.
6. Lead and coach team members on project management, processes, skill enhancement, etc.
7. On top to manage Think accessories projects in ODT and provide advisories/guidance to team members
8. Effectively implement IOD/TADP processes for Think Accessories projects

Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or equal., with at least 5-years in project management in IT companies
2. Excellent understanding of Lenovo/PG/TPG/TA/Development organizations, procedures, concepts, and basic knowledge of these in GSC/Finance/MFG related areas, and how they impact work
3. Proficient in IOD Process and in variety of interrelated processes within pre-established procedures
4. Excellent understanding of Think Accessories Products
5. Excellent ability to lead project team to achieve project goal
6. Excellent knowledge/skills of supplier management
7. Self-motivated and Self-Started
8. Excellent ownership to own the tasks and drive for results
9. Good team player
10. Excellent sense of urgency for issues and provide effectively and timely feedback/status to executives/team members/3rd parties
11. Excellent ability to lead cross function communication, speak up and stand up for Lenovo/PG/TPG/TA/Development benefits
12. Proficient in Oral/Written English and Chinese to communicate with ODT, cross function teams and suppliers
13. PMP certified
