Professional Experience专业经验:

 

·          Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing factory.

五年以上生产制造企业工作经验。

·          Experience of equipment, DCS/SCADA/PLC design, development, building, deployment, validation, and maintenance of cGMP regulated pharmaceutical industry.  cGMP规范的制药厂的生产线自动化设备, DCS/SCADA/PLC设计开发制造实施验证维护经验者优先。

·          Mature GAMP applied experience, good practice on pharm industry automation and IT compliance.有成熟的GAMP应用经验，制药行业自动化和IT合规体系知识的实践操作

·          Knowledge in the following systems: pneumatic system, utilities, instrument, electrical, software automation tools, especially configuration software, IPC, PLC, HMI, DCS, SCADA, OPC and motion control system，experience with machine manufacture and assembly is preferred. 具备如下系统的专业知识：气动系统，仪表，电气自动化，自动化软件尤其是组态软件，IPC，PLC， HMI，DCS，SCADA，OPC技术和运动控制技术。

·          Experience of working with equipment supplier for automation. 有和自动化设备供应商技术对接，确定技术方案的经验

·          Knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, electrical and associated auxiliaries, digital plant automation structures and communication protocols. 控制系统, 仪表, 电气零部件, 数字工厂结构和通讯协议方面的丰富知识

Education Background: 教育背景

 

·          Bachelor degree major or above in mechanical and automation engineering, information technology, intelligent manufacturing, electrical or similar field. Master is a plus.                                    机械工程、自动化工程、电气工程，信息技术，智能制造或相关学科大学本科毕业或以上学历

·          Education or training in GMP, GAMP and LEAN.      接受过GMP, GAMP和LEAN相关培训

·          Lean & 6 Sigma training experience preferred

Excellent English skill in written and spoken.         熟练的英语听说读写技能。 

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

Responsible for automation related production line and equipment introduction, design and validation, existing automation intelligent related equipment and process improvement

负责自动化生产线设备的引进设计验证，以及对现有自动化智能设备的改进支持；
Responsible for 2nd line automation support for production automation team for high complexity technical issue

负责对生产自动化部门的二线复杂技术问题的支持；
Responsible or being involved into global automation and IT project implementation with technical support and project coordination

负责和参与总部自动化和IT相关的项目实施，负责本地的技术支持和项目协调；
being part of the initiation and implementation of company intelligent manufacturing roadmap according to MI strategy

Responsible for building up related design, development, validation, and operation documents

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:       ·          Provide automation, IT and MI technical support to all areas automation related projects. The working scope covers equipment and system development, the technical coordination with equipment suppliers, building up testing document and execution, implementation and validation. Also deliver operation and maintenance documents after successful handover to operation team. 对公司各个区域工业自动化相关项目提供自动化IT和智能制造相关的技术支持，工作范围涵盖设备系统的设计开发，和供应商的制造过程沟通协调，编写测试计划，组织执行测试，执行实施验证。编写运维文档，保证成功交付。 ·          Provide regular automation operation support to relevant departments as required. 按需提供对相关部门的自动化日常运维支持 ·          Provide the 2nd line support for complicated technical issue of existing automation equipment and system. 提供对现有相关自动化设备和系统复杂问题的二线支持 ·          Bring initiatives and handle CR for equipment and system improvement and optimization. 通过创新和变更不断改进和优化当前设备和系统 ·          Support relevant departments to handle DV and other technical problem through systematic problem solving approach. 通过系统化的解决问题思路，协助相关部门处理偏差和其他质量和技术问题 ·          Make sure all technical activities are in compliance with safety, production or quality requirements or standard.                                                                                                   确保所有的技术活动合规，符合生产、安全、质量的要求。
