Professional Experience专业经验:

? Minimize 3-5 years of experience as a SAP Technical Consultant or similar role
至少3-5年做为SAP顾问或相关职责的工作经验
? 3 – 5 years pharmaceutical manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical maintenance/spare parts of cGMP regulated pharmaceutical industry or in life science industry preferable

? Good business understanding across SVP area; good competency and knowledge for SAP-PM/QM/***

？ Establish spare parts management procedure and maintenance procedure with the requirement of SAP system in Site Tianjin.
根据SAP系统的要求在天津厂建立备件和维修管理流程。
？ As “Superuser” responsible for the management of SAP system to meet GMP/NN/FDA requirement and lead training of engineer and technician in SAP-PM/***/QM.
做为SAP的高级用户负责管理SAP系统以符合GMP/NN/FDA要求，负责对工程师、技术员的SAP-PM/***/QM相关的培训。
？ Optimize SAP management process and lead SAP improvement project
优化SAP管理流程和负责SAP相关的改善项目。
？ Responsible for related SAP audit and provide support to SAP users-problem solving and training.
负责对SAP审计相关的工作，对终端用户的问题解决、培训。

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:
？ Identify the improvement opportunities through SAP data analysis with the current business process status to improve maintenance efficiency and quality and reduce the cost of maintenance and spare parts.

？ Responsible for solving troubleshooting of software problems and providing technical solutions, tracking site business requirements and objectives.

？ Optimize SAP business process and SAP new function and procedure development with the maintenance requirement in Site Tianjin.
根据天津厂维修应用的要求负责优化SAP流程和SAP系统的新功能开发。
？ Drive and monitor the implementation of SAP-***/PM and SAP QM module in each department.
推动并监督SAP-***/PM and SAP QM模块在各个部门的使用。
？ Responsible for global and site SAP project implementation of SAP-***/PM/QM in Site Tianjin.
负责实施SAP 总部和天津厂相关的项目。
？ Responsible for the management of equipment master data in SAP in Site Tianjin and estimating the product costing and predicting the material ledger.
负责天津厂设备的SAP主数据的管理并做出生产和原材料费用的预测。
？ Responsible for setting KPI of maintenance and spare parts management with site strategy and provide guidance for successful implementation of SAP in relative department.

？ Responsible for monthly maintenance cost analysis and provide maintenance work order and cost report with SAP data.
负责每月的维修费用分析，并根据SAP数据提供维修工单完成情况和费用使用情况的报告。
？ Base on SAP data analysis to drive the improvement maintenance cost and maintenance planning.
基于SAP数据分析来推动维修费用和维修计划的改善。
？ Coordinate with other team to improve the management of spare part and consumable material delivery.
