Education Background: 教育背景

• Bachelor’s degree major in mechanical, electrical, engineering or similar field
• Computer skills.
  
• Good English skill in written and spoken.

Professional Experience专业经验:

• 3-5 years production equipment maintenance experience in aseptic process of cGMP regulated pharmaceutical industry or in life science industry
• Knowledgeable in the following systems: pump, motor system, pneumatic valve, Utilities, Instrument and Electrical.
• Have facility maintenance experience with steam, pressure vessel, pump, valve.
  
• Prefer chemical industry or aseptic area experience.

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintenance in AP area. In general, responsible for keeping the line stable and high output. The focus area will be defined to work according to the resource requirement of AP maintenance. Support the running production in AP area to achieve the critical KPIs.

• Technical support /trouble shooting support including training in PPS
• Standard and ensure data-driven problem solving
• Keeping process in compliance with regulation and business requirements
• Correctly fulfil the maintenance tasks on time and in the right quality
• To support line manager to delivery of a competent organisation which is capable running the plant in compliance

• Use deep equipment knowledge to keep the equipment in a high availability level
  
• Cost - investment and unit cost within target. Production executed with efficiency

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:

• Clear communication with production team to make sure the production will not be impacted.
• In cooperation with production team, trouble shooting equipment failure and take measures (including organizing all possible resources) to repair instant failures and to resume production
• To support the operation team from technique aspects.
• To execute the PM and daily maintenance according to PM/MWD and FIT/MWD.
• Structure problem solving based on data analysis.

Implementation of maintenance standards where available.

• Follow all the procedures including NN guideline and cGMP requirements.
• Focus on efficient and stable production performance.
• Establish and execute preventive maintenance to ensure high equipment availability, modifying or improving the exiting process according to safety, production or quality requirements.
• Participate in establishment of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) and other required documents.
• Contribute to reach efficiency and productivity targets to ensure long term focus on cost effective production.
• Responsible for performing maintenance plans, controlling of spare parts in the SAP system.
  
• Continuously improve standards
