Professional Experience专业经验:

 

·          Minimum 5 years of support experience with SAP and MES in factory.
具有5年以上在工厂针对SAP系统和MES系统的支持经验。

·          Minimum 2 years of Experience of application database structure design of MS SQL or Oracle.
至少2年应用数据库架构设计经验。

·          Minimum 2 years of Experience in programming of VS c#.net, and so on.
至少2年编程经验，包含但不限于VS, C#, .Net等编程语言。

·          Knowledge of PLC/HMI/DCS/OPC/SCADA is preferable.
***具备PLC/HMI/DCS/OPC/SCADA知识。

·          Good skills in documentation, presentation and communication.

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:
As an IT System/Service Support engineer in NovoNordisk, you will be part of the STJ local IT Operation Team that handles local and global IT project implementation and key IT system and IT service support to ensure business continuity. Your working day will be aligned with production related activities and effective collaboration with global SAP and MES teams. Our work processes are based on industry best practices and predefined NN procedures.
你将作为诺和诺德天津厂IT运营团队的成员承担公司IT系统、IT服务支持工程师角色，主要参与总部IT项目、本地IT项目的实施；为确保业务持续性的关键IT系统、IT服务执行日常支持。工作时间需配合公司生产活动和与总部SAP系统、MES系统支持团队的协作。我们的工作流程依据业界良好实践和公司相关流程。
Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:     
PS@SAP Daily Support: 
? Follow support duty plan and support process to provide 24*7 local support of ERP and MES system (SAP, PAS-X) for all STJ areas. Secure no production stops due to ERP or MES system according to compliance requirements and SLA agreements.
根据轮班计划和支持流程为天津厂所有业务区域提供24*7的ERP和MES系统的本地技术支持，依据合规要求和业务支持协议要求确保没有因为ERP和MES系统引起的生产停产。
? Monitor system status and incident status as support process defined, ensure incident and problem registered in ServiceNow, keep ERP and MES system related knowledge base updated, and escalate unknown issue and problem to central support team.
根据支持流程定义要求监控系统状态和事件状态，确保所有事件和问题都及时记录在ServiceNow系统中，更新ERP和MES系统知识库，并汇报未知异常和问题给总部支持团队。
? Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to implement ERP or MES system related projects.
与内、外部相关方合作实施ERP和MES系统相关的项目。
? Follow yearly plan and internal procedure to support CRR, training, workshop and other local networking activities related to ERP or MES system.
依据年度计划提供配置管理审阅、培训、工作坊或其他ERP或MES系统相关的本地活动。
? Participate internal and external audit, prepare ERP and MES related materials and answer questions in audit.                  
参加审计时，准备ERP和MES所需文件材料并回答问题。
Site Serialization Process Support:
? Follow support duty plan and support process to provide 24*7 technical support for STJ serialization systems. Secure no production stops due to serialization systems system according to compliance requirements and SLA agreements.
根据轮班计划为天津厂追溯码相关系统提供24*7的技术支持，依据合规要求和业务支持协议要求确保没有因为追溯码系统引起的生产停产。
? Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders to implement serialization systems related projects.
与内、外部相关方合作实施追溯码系统相关的项目。
? Follow yearly plan and Operation&Maintainence procedure to support URR, CRR, PSE, IT recovery testing, training, workshop and other activities related to serialization systems.
依据年度计划和维护流程提供配置管理审阅、培训、工作坊或其他追溯码系统相关的本地活动。
? Participate audit, prepare serialization systems related materials and answer questions in audit.            
在审计时，准备追溯码系统所需文件材料并回答问题。
Other Production System Support:
? Follow support duty plan and support process to support production systems. Secure no production stops due to relevant production systems and computerized equipments according to compliance requirements and SLA agreements.  
根据轮班计划为生产系统提供技术支持，依据合规要求和业务支持协议要求确保系统运行。
? Support line of business to conduct GxP computer system and computerized equipment validation activities. Develop validation documents ensuring high quality of computer systems.                                   帮助业务部门做GxP计算机系统和计算机化设备验证，交付系统验证文件，以确保计算机的质量。
Other individual assignments 其他工作任务:
? Incorporate Novo Nordisk Way (NNW) into daily way of working                                             将诺和诺德之道（NNW）融入到日常工作中
