职位描述
工作职责：
1) Handle down payment audit and journal entry处理预付款申请审核及入账
2) Handle 3rd party expense application, audit and journal entry处理所有采购供应商付款的申请、审核和入账
3) Handle vendor reconciliation and follow up long ageing items 处理所有采购供应商的对账及长账龄跟踪
4) Monthly closing and reporting月结及相关报表制作
5) Ensure proper internal controls are in place such that assets of the company are properly protected, the controls are such that there are no material weaknesses in internal controls in responsible area. 确保适当的内部控制以保护公司资产及在所负责的领域中在内控方面无实质过失。
6) To ensure customer satisfaction by effectively communicating and helping to meet the customer’s needs. 通过有效的沟通确保客户满意，并帮助客户成功
7) Initiate and lead automation projects to continually improve efficiency in Vendor Payment area. 发起和领导自动化项目以持续提高对公付款流程的效率。
8) Develop and enhance for Vendor Payment related tools and systems 开发和增强对公付款流程相关的工具和系统。

Education 教育背景:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree 大学本科学历以上
- Major in Accounting or Finance财务相关专业
Experience 工作经验:
- 3-5 years’ experience in finance & accounting is must至少3-5年财务会计经验
Technical competencies:(Job related) 技术能力（岗位相关的）:
- Excellent knowledge of finance & accounting processes 优秀的财务会计流程知识
- Service oriented mindset良好的服务意识
- Excellent understanding and alignment to routine management优秀的理解及调整安排日常工作管理的能力
