Inventory:

Manage own retail and other new sales channel inventory by monitoring stock in / stock out, sales and inventories rolling forecast, balance all KPI’s with company target including discount, margin, stock turns and week covers;

Review and monitor receipt plan and excess inventory flow;

Work with buying team for OTB calculation and receipt plan to achieve company target;

Work closely with retail sales channel, and other channel head to provide immediate feedbacks on all inventory related topics

On-demand project:

Show full understanding and drive ‘on demand project’ process while managing all task within the given time frames’;

To identify potential market needs and new opportunities for China, based on market info, trend research, and sales teams’ feedback, so as to recommend to design and buying team;

Training and development of the product team throughout the retail organization.

Monitor sell-through performance and consolidate/transfer to provide assistance and feedback to retail team for sales increasing and achievement of target/objectives;

 

Visual merchandising:

Co-ordinate with the Visual Merchandising team, verify the visual aspects from an image as well as commercial point of view;

Monitor, together with Visual Merchandising Team, the store photos to ensure guidelines are applied and brand image is preserved;

 

Sales and operation:

Manage and monitor sales plan at monthly and weekly level, according to the performance and promotion cadence;

Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly inventory review with retail and VP, advice sales team to maximize sell-through, and manage inventory level/structure in our own warehouse;

Review promotion cadence in a monthly/ weekly basis;

Organizing the sales order meeting and processes . Ensure our ordering processes are optimized and decisions based upon the correct business information;

 

Strategic Planning:

Lead allocation teams to assure that stores needs are covered to achieve stores sales plans;

Responsible for in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance;

Drive the execution of mark-downs for Omni channels as required within given framework and in line with market and global strategy;

Responsible for effective flow of stock for Omni channels to assure product relevance in regular stores, adequate stock clearance and margin optimization;

 

Leadership:

Serve as expert and leadership voice of allocation and trading to senior merchandising leadership to ensure teams are working collectively toward organizational objectives;Training and development of the product team throughout the retail organization.
